# Billing Executive (Zoho POS)

**Location:** Dombivli, Maharashtra

**Salary:** ₹13,000 per month

**Weekly Off:** Monday

**Working Hours:** 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

## Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations using Zoho POS. The candidate should have experience in billing, customer handling, and basic sales support. When required, the candidate may also assist customers with product inquiries and sales.

## Responsibilities

* Generate bills and invoices accurately using Zoho POS.

* Handle daily billing transactions and payment entries.

* Verify product quantities, rates, discounts, and customer details before billing.

* Maintain billing records and sales reports.

* Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order processing.

* Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.

* Support walk-in customers and assist in sales whenever required.

* Ensure smooth checkout and customer service experience.

* Maintain cash, card, UPI, and other payment records.

* Report billing discrepancies or system issues to management.

## Requirements

* Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

* Experience in billing and invoicing.

* Knowledge of Zoho POS is mandatory.

* Basic understanding of GST billing and payment methods.

* Good computer skills and typing speed.

* Basic Excel knowledge preferred.

* Good communication and customer handling skills.

* Experience in retail, furnishing, furniture, home décor, or showroom billing will be an added advantage.
