Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline.
This is a fixed-salary role requiring consistent daily performance.
Candidates must meet the required talk time and lead-generation benchmarks to qualify for monthly payouts.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Explain products and benefits clearly to customers
Follow up regularly with prospects
Maintain accurate records of calls and leads
Achieve required 2 hours of daily talk time
Salary Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Salary based on experience and performance
