Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Business Development Executive from the gems and jewelry industry. The candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, finding new business opportunities, and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop business strategies to increase sales and market reach.

2. Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

4. Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

5. Handle key client communications and resolve issues.

6. Support and guide the sales team to achieve targets.

7. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.

8. Negotiate and close business deals.

9. Track sales performance and prepare reports.

10. Coordinate with other departments for smooth business operations.

Qualifications
