Job Description – Relationship Manager
Client: Club Mahindra
Department: Sales & Membership Service
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join the sales team for Club Mahindra. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through customer engagement, presenting holiday membership plans, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through references, activities, events, and company-provided databases.
- Explain Club Mahindra holiday membership products and vacation benefits to prospective customers.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and sales meetings with clients.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership packages.
- Achieve individual sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and maintain sales pipeline records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate reports of daily activities, leads, and closures.

- Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in sales, hospitality, BFSI, real estate, telecom, or direct sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings
Salary - Upto 7 LPA + Incentive
