Presales Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.

• Maintain a systematic follow-up schedule to nurture leads.

• Schedule site visits for prospective clients to showcase our projects.

• Coordinate with the on-site sales team to ensure seamless client visits.

• Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce CRM.

• Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management regarding client interest and any issues faced.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead engagement and site visits.

• Participate in regular performance reviews and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a positive experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client issues promptly and professionally.

• Work towards achieving revenue targets that align with company objectives.

• Contribute to the company's business and revenue goals by ensuring high-quality lead servicing and   effective client engagement.
