Job Description

Sales Promoter / Customer Engagement Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product sampling and tasting sessions to introduce customers to our products.
  • Actively engage with customers, explain product features, and answer queries.
  • Promote products through in-store sales and marketing activities.
  • Drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at the sales counter.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct proper inventory checks on a regular basis.
  • Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively at all times.
  • Report sales, customer feedback, and inventory status to the management team.
  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and brand activations as required.
