The role involves product demonstration, customer handling, billing coordination, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
• Recommend suitable tiles, flooring, sanitaryware, and building material products.
• Explain product features, sizes, designs, pricing, and usage.
• Generate quotations and coordinate billing processes.
• Maintain showroom displays and product arrangements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for stock availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.
• Stay updated on new product launches and market trends.
• Required Skills & Qualifications12th Pass / Graduate in any field.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, or building materials.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing software understanding.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in tile showroom or construction material retail sales.
• Knowledge of tile sizes, designs, installation basics, and pricing.
• Local language communication skills preferred.
