Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on investment opportunities and financial products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services (Broking & Insurance) industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
