We're Hiring: Chat Support Executive – Banking Process
Looking to build your career in the banking industry? Join our team as a Chat Support Executive and be a part of a dynamic customer support environment where you'll assist customers through chat while delivering exceptional service.
Job Location : Goregaon
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Chat Support Process or the Banking domain (Mandatory)
CIBIL Score: 680 or above (Mandatory)
Compensation & Benefits
Take-home Salary: ₹28,000 per month
One-way cab facility provided for employee convenience
Work Schedule
5-day work week
2 rotational weekly offs
24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts

Respond to customer queries through chat with accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow process guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality parameters.
