Role: Customer Support Executive
Process: International Banking (Voice/Chat)
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (Night shifts
included)
Salary: ₹28,000 In-Hand per month
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (Mandatory)
Experience in Banking Process will be an added advantage
Chat support experience is preferred
CIBIL Score: 680 or above (Mandatory)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
