Job Description

  • Client ManagementSupporting clients throughout their entire journey after they join the studio.
  • Assisting clients with bookings, rescheduling and app-related queries.
  • Creating and managing client profiles on our studio management platform.
  • Adding memberships, packages, credits and promotional offers.
  • Managing extensions, freezes and special requests.
  • Tracking membership expiries and following up for renewals.
  • Client ExperienceActing as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
  • Handling client concerns and escalations professionally and empathetically.
  • Ensuring every client receives a premium, personalized experience.
  • Building strong relationships with members and understanding their needs.
  • Studio OperationsManaging trainer schedules and coordinating substitutions when required.
  • Maintaining accurate records and dashboards.
  • Coordinating communication between trainers, management and clients.
  • Supporting day-to-day studio administration and operations.
  • Identifying operational issues and helping improve systems and processes.
