Job Role & Responsibility - Inbound Customer Support & Soft-Sales Process

* Handle inbound calls received via toll-free number  

* Understand customer requirements related to relocation services  

* Explain company offerings and guide them through the booking process  

* Share quotations with interested customers  

* Coordinate and confirm bookings  

* Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients  

* Ensure smooth and professional customer service experience throughout
