Customer Relations Specialist

Global Customer Support: Interact with international NRI members (via calls, emails, or chat) to resolve queries, assist with profile creation, and troubleshoot account issues.

Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with global members and their families, ensuring a smooth and empathetic matchmaking journey.

Product Guidance: Educate users on premium features, privacy settings, and communication tools to maximize their success on the platform.

Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering accurate, prompt, and high-quality resolutions.

Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer by sharing global user feedback and technical issues with the product and engineering teams.

• Linguistic & Communication SkillsMandatory: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Regional Expertise: High proficiency (speaking and understanding) in at least one of the following languages is highly preferred to support specific diaspora communities:

• Experience & AttributesExperience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in international customer service, international semi-voice/voice processes, or relationship management.
• Empathy & Patience: Exceptional listening skills and an innate ability to handle sensitive family-oriented conversations with maturity.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM tools, internal databases, and digital communication platforms.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts aligned with international time zones (e.g., UK, US, Middle East, or Australia) as per business requirements.
