Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist (Remote – Weekend Mandatory)
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Work Type: Full-time | 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days – 1 weekday off)

🎯 Role Summary
As a Community Success & Engagement Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding our participants to get maximum results — not by pitching to them, but by supporting them at every step of their learning journey. ( This is not a sales role. )
Your job is to build human connection, ensure implementation, and help our members stay on track. When people grow, they upgrade — and that’s how we grow together.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🌱 Participant Engagement & Transformation Support
Conduct warm welcome calls and guide every new participant with clarity and care.
Help members attend workshops, complete assignments, and track visible progress.
Send reminders and assist with onboarding before each workshop session.
Check in regularly, encourage momentum, and support stuck participants with empathy.
🌐 Community Management
Manage WhatsApp groups and other digital spaces to keep the energy active.
Make impactful announcements and share real-time updates for events and challenges.
Motivate participants during challenges, live sessions, and group activities.
📊 Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of participant progress and workshop attendance.
Share daily and weekly updates on calls made and outcomes.
Collaborate with content, marketing, and coaching teams for smooth operations.

Prior work in coaching, program support, online events, or communities.

1–3 years of experience in people-facing roles (community, client support, education, EdTech, etc.)
