Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation (Voice): Make outbound calls to registered users to understand their partner preferences, lifestyle, and expectations.
- Profile Management (Non-Voice): Assist clients in creating and polishing their matrimonial profiles to ensure high visibility and attractiveness.
- Match Shortlisting: Search, filter, and recommend relevant profiles to clients based on their criteria.
- Query Resolution (Blended): Promptly respond to customer queries, grievances, and feedback via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Value-Added Services: Educate free members about the benefits of premium subscriptions and drive successful sales conversions.
- Key Requirements
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 1 year to 2 years of experience in a BPO (Domestic/International), Customer Service, or Inside Sales role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
- Language Proficiency: Clear and fluent verbal communication in English and Hindi (or regional language based on location).
- Skills: Strong active listening, empathy, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask between calling and typing.
