Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via call, email, or chat.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Follow company processes, policies, and performance metrics.

Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve service goals.

Eligibility Criteria

HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) Graduate pass candidates can apply.

Freshers are welcome.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to work in US shifts.
