Job Description:
* Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
* Provide technical support to clients and resolve their queries efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and support objectives.
* Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn and use software systems effectively.
* Prior experience in business development or technical support is a plus.
