Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Retrieve data and generate reports as required.
- Organize and store digital or paper records efficiently.
- Identify and fix data entry errors.
- Follow company policies and procedures for data management.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (e.g., 40-60 words per minute).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
