Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to support Notice of Intimation (NOI) filing work on the Maharashtra IGR / Banking portal. The candidate will handle accurate data entry, document checking, challan updates, e-filing support, MIS maintenance and coordination for timely closure of NOI cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter loan, borrower, property, mortgage, challan and registration details accurately in the NOI / IGR portal and internal MIS.

• Verify basic documents such as sanction letter, property details, borrower details, challan copy, Index II, mortgage data and related case papers.

• Prepare and update daily NOI MIS, pending cases, challan status, e-filing status and closure status.

• Coordinate with legal / operations team for missing documents, corrections, technical errors and portal-related follow-up.

• Maintain proper digital records, file naming, email trails and case-wise documentation for audit and future reference.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned cases while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills

• Good typing speed with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, PDF handling and basic computer operations.

• Prior experience in NOI, banking, NBFC, mortgage, legal documentation or data entry work will be preferred.

• Ability to understand property / loan details and follow SOP-based processes.

• Disciplined, responsible and comfortable with daily reporting.
