Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at the Nezal Herbocare Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all digital platforms — crafting compelling content, managing social media communities, and running targeted campaigns that connect patients and the public with our services and health initiatives.

You will work closely with the logistic and delivery/dispatch team for smooth deliveries. Administrative part has to be taken care to ensure all communications are accurate, empathetic, and in line with Nezal's compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

•       Plan, create, and publish daily/weekly content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

•       Design and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos relevant to healthcare topics.

•       Monitor comments, messages, and mentions — respond promptly and professionally.

•       Track and grow follower base, engagement rates, and overall social media reach.

Campaign Management

•       Conceptualize, plan, and execute social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) aligned with center goals.

•       Manage campaign budgets, A/B test creatives, and optimize for ROI.

•       Develop seasonal, awareness-day, and service-launch campaigns (e.g., World Heart Day, Vaccination Drives).

Content Creation & Branding

•       Create visually compelling graphics, banners, and short videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.

•       Write clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate copy — translating complex product information into engaging content.

•       Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

•       Track KPIs using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and platform-native insights.

•       Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

•       Use data to continuously refine content strategy and campaign targeting.

Coordination & Compliance

•       Coordinate with clients logistics, delivery partners, Amazon, Flipkart teams & department heads, and admin for content approvals and event promotions.

•       Ensure all content meets Nezal's Herbocare's advertising guidelines and ethical standards.

•       Support digital awareness & education initiatives and community outreach through digital channels.

Logistics & delivery

Take care of all logistic and client deliveries, call clients, delivery partner, resolve issues and ensure smooth functioning of product reaching the clients.
