Job Role: Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

- Manage and grow your pages on:
- YouTube
- Run paid ads on:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Lead generation campaigns (forms, WhatsApp, landing pages)
- Content strategy (reels, posts, thumbnails, hooks)
- Audience targeting & retargeting
- Daily/weekly performance tracking (CPL, ROI)
Skills You Should Look For
- Strong experience in paid ads (must-have)
- Content understanding (not just posting—strategy)
- Basic design sense (Canva or Adobe Photoshop)
- Copywriting for ads & captions
- Analytics mindset (knows what’s working and why)
