Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI & corporate clients.
Promote and sell equity products.
Achieve revenue and sales targets while adhering to compliance.
Focus on client meetings and activities.
Provide market insights and investment ideas.
Work Experience Requirements (Skills) :
3 to 5 years of experience in equity sales, investment banking, or financial services.
Proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
Familiarity with trading platforms and equity markets.
Behavioral Skills Required :
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Educational Qualification Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
