Job Title: Event Management Intern/BTL Intern

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Role Overview: 

We are looking for enthusiastic Event Management Interns to support the planning and 

execution of promotional events. The role involves organizing events at 

various venues, including Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), gyms, schools, and 

other locations. As an intern, you’ll engage with a wide range of audiences—parents, 

children, and health-conscious individuals—to advocate the benefits of Sid’s Farm 

products, particularly our fresh milk. 


Key Responsibilities: 

• Event Organization & Execution: Assist in organizing and managing promotional 

events at various locations. Handle logistics like venue 

arrangements, and decorations, and ensure all event materials (e.g., product 

samples, flyers) are ready for distribution. 

• Brand Advocacy & Customer Engagement: Interact with event attendees, 

communicate the benefits of Sid’s Farm products, and promote the nutritional 

value of fresh milk and other dairy offerings. 

• Interactive Event Activities: Assist in creating engaging activities, such as games, 

quizzes, and product tastings, to ensure that the events are enjoyable for all 

participants, especially children and families. 

• Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct informal market research 

during events to understand customer preferences and trends. Gather feedback 

through surveys and casual conversations to improve future events and product 

offerings. 

• Venue Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with event 

venues and local partners to ensure smooth event execution and future 

collaborations. 

• Event Reporting & Analysis: Collect key event metrics (attendance, engagement, 

feedback) and compile reports for the marketing team to help improve future 

events and promotional strategies. 


Key Requirements: 

• Fluency in Marathi (Mandatory): A strong command of Marathi is essential, as you 

will be interacting with a predominantly Marathi-speaking audience. 

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, 

with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences, especially in a group 

setting. 

• Interest in Health and Wellness: A passion for promoting health and wellness, 

especially through natural products like Sid’s Farm dairy offerings, and an 

understanding of the importance of healthy eating. 

• Organizational & Event Management Skills: Ability to stay organized, manage 

logistics, and execute events seamlessly under tight deadlines. 

• Creative & Enthusiastic Attitude: Bring creative ideas for fun and engaging 

activities, especially for younger audiences, while maintaining a positive, 

energetic, and enthusiastic approach to event execution. 

• Self-Starter with Team Mentality: Ability to work independently and 

collaboratively in a team, with a strong desire to learn new skills and contribute 

to event success.
