Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Digital Printer Operator (Computer & Canva Tool Knowledge) to manage a newly set up, Single-Pass Digital Printing Machine (12-inch printhead) at our factory in Ambernath, Thane.
This is a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment (AC setup). You will have a dedicated full-time Helper provided by the company to assist you with the printing job.
Your main work :
Set up the machine daily and start the printing work.
Together with the helper, you will also do tasks like feeding the bags into the machine, collecting them, and stacking them properly.
Maintain the machine as per the guidelines given by the machine manufacturer.
Open client designs on the computer, use Canva or similar tool knowledge to resize the design to fit the bag size, and print.
Use your skills to adjust settings so that color/ink usage is low and not wasted.
If there is a big continuous order, the target is to print 10,000 bags a day. (If there are small orders, the count will be less).
