Job Description

  • Install and wire luxury ceiling fans and related electrical systems in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and electrical codes.
  • Perform on-site assessments to ensure readiness for installation and suggest any necessary electrical adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot and repair fan systems, including remote-control setups, smart home integrations, and LED lighting components.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Ensure all installations meet safety and aesthetic standards expected in premium spaces.
  • Maintain accurate service records and report issues to the technical manager.
  • Educate clients on proper usage, maintenance, and product features.
  • Travel to customer sites as required; occasional overnight travel may be necessary.
