Equity Dealer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Stock Market Dealer / Investment Advisor to manage client trading activities, deliver informed investment advice, and ensure timely execution of trades across equity, derivatives, and other market segments. The ideal candidate will possess strong capital market knowledge, sound understanding of SEBI regulations, and hands-on expertise in technical and/or fundamental analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Execute buy and sell orders on behalf of clients across equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity segments.

2.Provide investment advisory services and recommend suitable trading and investment strategies aligned with client risk profiles.

3.Monitor stock performance, corporate actions, market news, and macroeconomic trends to deliver timely and actionable insights.

4.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.

5.Manage client portfolios with a focus on diversification, risk management, and return optimization.

6.Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines, and internal compliance policies.

7.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets related to trading volumes, revenue generation, and client acquisition (where applicable).

8.Address client queries related to trading platforms, margins, settlements, contract notes, and operational processes.

Key Skills & Competencies :

1.In-depth knowledge of stock markets, equity, and derivatives trading

2.Strong communication, advisory, and client relationship management skills

3.Proficiency in trading platforms such as ODIN, NEST, and BSE/NSE terminals

4.Ability to interpret technical charts and/or fundamental research reports

5.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities under pressure

6.Working knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis tools

Qualifications :

1.Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline

2.NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification (Mandatory)

3.NISM Series VII – Securities Operations & Risk Management (Preferred)

Preferred Experience :

1.2–5 years of relevant experience in a brokerage firm or financial advisory organization

2.Experience handling retail and/or HNI clients in a dealing or advisory capacity
