Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
- Manage and guide shop floor workers and operators.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Identify and resolve production issues or bottlenecks.
- Maintain daily production reports and documentation.
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Train workers on processes, safety, and quality standards.
