Job Description – Front Office Cum Admin

Experience Required: 4 to 12 Years

Location: Andheri East

We are looking for a professional and presentable Receptionist with 4 to 12 years of experience for a reputed company . The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and redirect them to concerned departments.
  • Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
  • Manage courier, dispatch, and office correspondence.
  • Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Support HR/Admin in day-to-day office activities.
  • Handle travel bookings, appointments, and meeting room arrangements.
  • Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Smart, confident, and professional personality.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Customer service oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Qualification:Graduate in any discipline.
  • Additional certification in administration/front office will be preferred.
  • Preferred Industry Experience:Power / Electrical / Infrastructure / EPC Industry preferred.
