Customer Support Executive
Department - Support

Salary Range - Up to ₹25,000 per month

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in the NBFC/financial services sector to manage customer queries, loan-related support, and service requests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understanding of NBFC products (loans/EMI/collections), and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan inquiries, EMI details, repayment schedules, and account status.
● Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
● Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, Collections) for issue resolution.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/system.
● Assist customers with documentation and KYC-related queries.
● Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within defined TAT.
● Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines and internal policies.
● Support customer retention initiatives and service quality improvement.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
● Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Finance preferred).
● 1–2 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services (mandatory).
● Good knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).
● Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
● Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
● Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
● Experience handling loan servicing or collections process.
● Understanding of KYC documentation and loan lifecycle.
● Immediate joiners preferred.
● Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations preferred.
