Hotel / General Manager

Oversees all property operations, staff performance, and financial performance. They balance guest satisfaction with business profitability by managing departments like front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

Daily Operations and Guest Relations

• Coordinate workflows across all hotel departments to maintain service quality.
• Welcome VIP guests and act as the main public face of the property.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints and direct service recovery procedures.
• Conduct regular physical inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.

Financial Management and Strategy

• Prepare, present, and monitor the annual operating budget and capital expenditure plans.
• Analyze profit and loss (P&L) statements, occupancy data, and revenue management strategies.
• Control operational costs and implement efficiency measures without hurting service standards.
• Set short- and long-term goals to increase market share and overall profitability.

Staff Leadership and Human Resources

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train department heads and key personnel.
• Set performance goals, coach employees, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Build a positive work culture and handle complex personnel or staffing shortages.

Compliance and Safety

• Enforce strict compliance with local health, fire safety, and labor regulations.
• Maintain safety protocols and coordinate with external contractors for equipment certification
