Job Description
Housekeeping Supervisor – Job Description
- Supervise housekeeping operations across multiple outlets and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Travel regularly between outlets to conduct inspections, audits, and operational reviews.
- Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company SOPs.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new housekeeping team members as per staffing requirements.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity while maintaining duty rosters.
- Ensure adequate housekeeping supplies, compliance with hygiene standards, and timely reporting to management.
