HR ExecutiveCompany: Nidhi Decor India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Lunch Break: 45 Minutes
Paid Leaves: 4 Rotational Paid Leaves per Month

We are building a high-performance team and are looking for an HR Executive who can help us hire, manage, and retain exceptional talent while maintaining smooth HR and administrative operations.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an organized, disciplined, and people-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, HR administration, and office operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of building a strong company culture while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionSource quality candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate final interviews with management.
- Verify candidate documents and references.
- Handle onboarding and employee induction.
- Recruit top-performing talent aligned with company goals.
- Employee Documentation & HR AdministrationMaintain employee files and digital records.
- Collect and verify Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, educational documents, and other employment records.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Attendance, Payroll & Leave ManagementMaintain employee attendance records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll with accounts.
- Calculate overtime, leave balances, deductions, and incentives where applicable.
- Review and approve leave requests as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave reports.
- Employee ManagementMonitor employee performance and discipline.
- Resolve basic employee concerns professionally.
- Implement company policies and HR procedures.
- Handle probation reviews and performance discussions.
- Recommend promotions, confirmations, disciplinary actions, or termination when required.
- AdministrationManage office administration and HR-related operations.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure proper employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR reports and monthly recruitment metrics.
- Support management with HR planning and workforce organization.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and interview processes.
- Basic understanding of payroll and attendance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Professional attitude with strong confidentiality and integrity.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and learning ability may also apply.
