Job Description

Position: HR Intern

Duration: 3–6 Months

Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
  • Support employee engagement and HR administrative activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Eligibility:Pursuing or completed Graduation / MBA / HR-related course
