We are looking for a passionate and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, job portals, social media, and references.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
🔹 Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, or similar job portals.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills..
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
🔹 Preferred
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- Experience in consultancy recruitment is preferred.
