Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2C Marketing Associate located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves conducting market research to identify business opportunities, crafting effective marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships with clients, and driving customer acquisition. They need to be able to create content , do SEO, SMO and figure out ways to increase customer engagement actively online and offline ways. Addressing customer queries will too be a part of the work

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to identify emerging trends and uncover growth opportunities
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms
• Experience in the professional services industry or platform-based services is advantageous
