Inside Sales Representative

Job Brief

We are seeking a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

​Role Summary

​An Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

​Responsibilities

• ​Lead Generation: Perform outbound cold calls and emails.
• ​Daily Activity: Dial approximately 80 cold calls and send 10 introduction emails per day.
• ​Research: Identify key players in accounts and generate interest in offered services.
• ​Pipeline Management: Probe and qualify prospects before adding them to the sales pipeline.
• ​Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-ups for 4–6 weeks to close B2B deals.
• ​Collaboration: Route opportunities to the Sales Manager for further development and closure when required.
• ​Targets: Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

​Requirements

• ​Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome; proven cold calling and inside sales experience is a plus.
• ​Performance: Track record of over-achieving monthly targets.
• ​Skills: * Strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• ​Excellent verbal and email communication.
• ​Effective probing techniques.
• ​Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• ​Tools: Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Zoho, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM.
• ​Attributes: Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.
• ​Education: Undergraduate/Graduate degree or equivalent.

• ​Shift: Fixed US Shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST).
• ​Working Days: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off.
