Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor with a strong background in interior design and working knowledge of AutoCAD. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site interior works, ensuring projects are executed as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day interior site activities

Ensure work is executed according to design drawings and specifications

Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors

Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for on-site execution

Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion

Maintain quality control and adherence to safety standards

Handle site measurements and prepare progress reports

Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions

Requirements:

Proven experience in interior site supervision

Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods

Proficiency in AutoCAD (reading and basic editing)

Good project coordination and communication skills

Ability to manage labor and multiple tasks on-site

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
