Senior Interior Designer

*Job Title: Lead Interior Designer – Residential*

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership: Develop and approve concepts, mood boards, layouts, and finish/furniture plans aligned with client briefs and brand standards.

Project Oversight: Guide Site In-Charge and contractors to ensure execution matches approved design intent.

Meetings & Coordination: Attend on-site and offline meetings to resolve design-related queries and provide direction.

Team Support: Assist team members with challenges, review deliverables, and maintain design quality.

Reporting: Share daily progress updates with senior management and highlight any design-related issues.

Scheduling: Prepare weekly work schedules for the design team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Technical Review:

Revise and assist the team with CAD/Revit drawings and related documentation and oversee 3D visualizations prepared by external 3D vendors to ensure alignment with design intent.

FF&E Guidance: Approve material selections, furniture, lighting, and finishes; coordinate with procurement team for timely delivery.

Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings, present design concepts, and address feedback.

Mentorship: Lead and mentor 3–4 designers, ensuring professional growth and adherence to design standards.

Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.

More than *5-7 years of experience* in luxury residential interior design.

Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects from concept to documentation.

Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential interiors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite.

Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Salary -In the Bracket of *40 - 60k*
