Job Description
An Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within the organization.
- Conduct internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes
- Review accounting records, financial statements, and reports
- Identify risks, gaps, and control weaknesses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations
- Follow up on corrective actions and improvements
- Assist in developing audit plans and schedules
- Coordinate with different departments during audits
