Job Title: Junior level HR Recruiter (Work From Home)
Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. This is a high-volume calling role focused on sourcing and screening candidates across retail industries. If you are disciplined, comfortable with making 80-100+ calls a day, and have your own laptop, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using portals like Naukri.com, Apna, Indeed, and social media.
High-Volume Calling: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to explain job roles and check candidate suitability.
Data Management: Maintain a daily, accurate track of all calls, follow-ups, and candidate statuses in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the senior hiring team.
Target Driven: Meet daily and weekly calling and shortlisting targets.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling or recruitment is highly preferred.
Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient in using job portals (Naukri, Apna) and Microsoft Excel.
Hardware: Must have your own laptop/computer and a stable internet connection.
Communication: Fluent in Hindi and basic English to interact professionally with candidates.
Work Style: Highly disciplined and able to work independently from home.
Salary & Compensation
Salary Range: ₹3,000 – ₹4,000 (Based on performance and experience)
