Role Description The Information Technology Sales Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for driving revenue growth by selling Lumosys technology solutions and services. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored solutions in areas such as AI integration, custom software, cloud services, and digital transformation. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will build and nurture long-term client relationships, collaborate with technical and consulting teams to align offerings with client needs, and regularly report on pipeline activity and market trends.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong IT Sales skills, with experience managing the full sales cycle in technology or software services.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills, including outbound outreach, networking, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships, drive renewals, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, ideally including AI, cloud, software development, and digital transformation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and client-facing professionalism.
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B technology environment is highly beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
- Comfort working remotely, with effective time management, self-motivation, and proficiency in CRM and productivity tools.
