About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts cum Admin Manager to manage day-to-day accounting, administration, banking, taxation, vendor coordination, and office operations.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling accounts and administrative responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.
This is a key role involving coordination with management, vendors, banks, staff members, and external consultants.

Eligibility – What We Are Looking For
Educational Qualification
- B.Com Graduate
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Administration with industries ( other than practice with CA firm )
Technical Knowledge
- Must be familiar with latest Tally software
- Knowledge of:
- GST
- Professional Tax (PT)
- TDS
- Custom Duty
- Tax calculations & payments
- Knowledge of import procedures and foreign exchange payments is added advantage

Accounts & Finance
- Sales bill, purchase bill, service bill & contract bill management
- Supplier payments and receivable payment follow-ups
- Petty cash management and office expense handling
- Tax calculations and statutory payments
- Online banking and mobile banking operations
- Salary calculations and attendance records
- Loan formalities and bank documentation
Administration & Coordination
- Vendor management and vendor registration coordination
- Utility bill payments and office administration
- Staff travel expense management
- Dispatch coordination with transporter/courier and documentation
- Foreign exchange payments and import documentation
- BG (Bank Guarantee) documentation
- Coordination and interaction with CA and banking authorities
Pay, Benefits & Perks
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month. Higher salary can be considered for deserving candidate.
