About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Accounts cum Admin Manager to manage day-to-day accounting, administration, banking, taxation, vendor coordination, and office operations.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling accounts and administrative responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.

This is a key role involving coordination with management, vendors, banks, staff members, and external consultants.

Eligibility – What We Are Looking For

Educational Qualification

  • B.Com Graduate

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Administration with industries ( other than practice with CA firm )

Technical Knowledge

  • Must be familiar with latest Tally software
  • Knowledge of:
  • GST
  • Professional Tax (PT)
  • TDS
  • Custom Duty
  • Tax calculations & payments
  • Knowledge of import procedures and foreign exchange payments is added advantage

Accounts & Finance

  • Sales bill, purchase bill, service bill & contract bill management
  • Supplier payments and receivable payment follow-ups
  • Petty cash management and office expense handling
  • Tax calculations and statutory payments
  • Online banking and mobile banking operations
  • Salary calculations and attendance records
  • Loan formalities and bank documentation

Administration & Coordination

  • Vendor management and vendor registration coordination
  • Utility bill payments and office administration

 

  • Staff travel expense management
  • Dispatch coordination with transporter/courier and documentation
  • Foreign exchange payments and import documentation
  • BG (Bank Guarantee) documentation
  • Coordination and interaction with CA and banking authorities


Pay, Benefits & Perks

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month. Higher salary can be considered for deserving candidate.

(Based on experience, knowledge, and capability)
