Job Overview

Nidhi Decor Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Network Marketing Head (MLM Operations Manager) to lead and manage its MLM business operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in MLM operations, strong knowledge of compensation plans, distributor management, and MLM software systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee complete MLM business operations.

* Handle MLM software and ensure smooth system functioning.

* Coordinate with technical teams for software updates and issue resolution.

* Develop strategies to expand the distributor network.

* Support and guide team leaders, distributors, and members.

* Monitor commissions, bonuses, payouts, and genealogy structures.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and MLM regulations.

* Analyze business performance and prepare regular reports.

* Conduct training sessions and presentations for network members.

* Resolve operational challenges and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in MLM / Network Marketing management.

* Strong understanding of MLM compensation plans and network structures.

* Experience handling MLM software and backend operations.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to manage MLM operations independently.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience as an MLM Manager, Network Marketing Head, or MLM Operations Manager.

* Experience with Binary, Matrix, Unilevel, or Hybrid compensation plans.

* Knowledge of payout processing and distributor management systems.
