Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Operations Executive to support our daily business operations. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting the finance department with documentation related to invoicing and dispatch.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily stock records in registers, Excel sheets, and internal systems/apps
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory data and track material movement (inward/outward)
  • Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for stock updates
  • Assist the finance team by sharing required documents along with invoices
  • Maintain proper records of dispatch documents, invoices, and related paperwork
  • Perform regular data checks to ensure consistency and avoid discrepancies
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks as required
