About ForLive HomeForLive Home is a growing interior design, renovation, and turnkey solutions company delivering residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and site requirements.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, designers, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain daily site reports and track project progress.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
• Check material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of materials.
• Identify site-level issues and escalate them to the Project Manager promptly.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of interior execution and construction activities.
• 1–4 years of experience in interior, construction, renovation, or related projects.
• Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage workers and contractors at site.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and nearby locations.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
