Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Finalise semi-finished products received from assemblers or technicians
- Supervise production activities and allocate work to junior staff according to work instructions
- Handle day-to-day production operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Assist assemblers and technicians in troubleshooting, manufacturing, and process improvement
- Provide technical support to internal production technicians
- Prepare:
- Final test and calibration reports
- In-process and final test reports
- User manuals
- Wiring diagrams
- Design and development documentation/files
- Job route cards
- Follow ISO standards, quality systems, and procedural compliance requirements
- Support installation and calibration activities at customer sites
- Provide technical support to customers through visits and telephonic communication
- Coordinate with management and complete additional assignments given by HOD/Management
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of electronics, instrumentation, and process control instruments
- Analytical thinking and logical problem-solving ability
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills
- Understanding of testing, calibration, and quality procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing and production issues
- Familiarity with documentation and reporting processes
- Customer support and technical assistance capability

- Willingness to travel for customer installation and calibration support
