Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible and experienced candidate for the role of Process Coordinator. He / She will be responsible for managing and coordinating all business flowcharts and ensuring that every step in each process is completed accurately and within defined timelines. This is a non-technical, coordination-focused role ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well, and understands process tracking from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
· To Oversee and coordinate each step in various business process flowcharts.
· To Ensure timely completion of tasks in accordance with the defined workflow.
· Provide information to all stakeholders involved in the process.
· Track progress and alert concerned teams on delays or missing inputs.
· Maintain clarity and consistency in communication across departments.
· Ensure the accuracy and completeness of each task in the process.
· To prepare a MIS Report for daily, weekly, monthly etc basis on each process/user.
· Share Executive Meeting(EM) data with management and HODs.
· Coordinate EM weekly basis.
Candidate Requirements
- Good Communication (English+ Hindi+ Marathi)
- Preffered--Rahul Jain’s Course Completed (BMP, BMI.. etc)
- Logistics-Warehousing Industry Experience
- Local Candidates Only from Navi Mumbai
- Experience in creating data in excel/google sheet
- Computer Skills-MS Office.
- Graduate from any discipline
- Should have a strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Non-technical background preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
In between 20000 to 30000 per month.(Depends on experience)
