Material Inward
- Record and verify all incoming material.
- Ensure entries match purchase orders and stock records.
Purchase Coordination
- Maintain purchase records and vendor communication.
- Track pending orders and escalate delays.
Invoice Processing
- Check supporting documents before invoice approval.
- Ensure timely billing and filing for accounts.
Computer Work
- Accurate data entry in Excel/Tally/system.
- Maintain updated digital records for stock and purchase.
Staff Attendance
- Monitor daily attendance logs.
- Escalate irregularities and ensure proper reporting.
