Job Description

Freshers need not apply. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience in Mutual Funds, including working knowledge of the BSE Star MF platform, CAMS, and Karvy.


Job Description / Responsibilities :

  • Process mutual fund transactions including Purchase, Redemption, Switch, SIP, STP, and SWP 
  • Handle and monitor transactions through BSE Star MF platform
  • Coordinate with CAMS and Karvy/KFintech for transaction processing, reconciliation, and query resolution 
  • Maintain and update investor records, KYC details, and transaction data 
  • Reconcile transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner 
  • Coordinate with Registrars, AMCs, and internal teams for smooth operations 
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal operational procedures 
  • Generate MIS reports and maintain proper documentation and records 
  • Support operational activities related to mutual fund processing and client servicing


Required Skill Set :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field 
  • Basic knowledge of mutual funds and financial markets 
  • Hands‐on experience with BSE Star MF platform, CAMS, and Karvy/KFintech operations 
  • Familiarity with KYC norms, SEBI regulations, and compliance requirements 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Good communication and coordination skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
