Job Description
Order Tracking: Track the status of active orders and coordinate with logistics and transport companies to ensure on-time delivery.
Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and assist in identifying when materials, equipment, or office supplies need to be reordered.
Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate purchase records, pricing, and contract terms in the company's purchasing
Invoice Verification: Cross-reference delivered goods with purchase orders and supplier invoices before approving them for payment.
